First of all, you will not be charged for any of our services. Only when one of the proposed assets is to be sold or rented, an additional agent’s commission (courtage) shall be paid by you. Unless otherwise stated, this additional commission shall be equal to 5% in addition to the legal VAT of the recorded sales amount (equal to 5,95%, including VAT) which is to be paid by the buyer. The Tenant shall pay 2-month’s rent and its VAT (which is 2,38 rents including VAT) in case of a residential rental. When a commercial property is for rent, the Tenant shall pay 3- month’s rent and its VAT (which is equal to 3,57 rents, including VAT). All the information and the documents concerning this proceeding shall be protected under the principle of privacy. The party enclosing any of this information or the documents to a third party accepts hereby to assume a liability of paying a fine at a value equal to the additional commission fee mentioned above. This condition shall also apply for any relative or partner acting as abuyer or a tenant. If you were informed on our proposals previously, please inform us in writing, along with the concerned documents as a proof within three days.
